Dar Hady Hotel
Dar Hady Hotel, has three towers with common lobby. It has 15 floors utilizing 441 outdoor units and 1442 indoors for the entire building gaining 3600RT by VRV. The hotel is situated in Makka, Saudi Arabia, owned by Bin Mahfouz Group, and in the operation since November 2007. All systems are connected to two i-Manager devices that control the overall operation of the airconditioning system.
Metito
Metito is a world leader in the design and supply of water and wastewater treatment and water desalination systems. Its world headquarters for Europe, Africa and Asia is located in the United Arab Emirates, and it maintains regional headquarters in Egypt and Indonesia.
The Residence in Bahrain
A new large-scale residential tower complex in Bahrain – originally designed as hotel apartments – has turned to Daikin to provide an optimal cooling solution, given the large capacity and unique requirements of the development. The Residence, prominently located along the coast in Juffair, comprises twin, but mirror-reflected towers that are linked at several points to allow movement of occupants between them. Together, the two 70-m-high towers form a spearhead shape that suggests grandeur and strength. Each tower has a basement, ground floor and 16 upper floors with a total floor area of 24,000 sq m.
Oman Medical College
This project is a medical college located in the outskirts of Sohar. It utilizes VRV system as the first preference over other proposed systems.
Shining Shatti
This project is a medical college located in the Capital Area of Oman. VRV system has been implemented because of its space-saving factor.
Charity Organization Hotel
The project is situated in Saudi Arabia, and has started operation since year 2005.
