First award for Ururu Sarara

The new Ururu Sarara becomes first Home Appliance Industry winner.
On May 26th, the Ururu Sarara R-series received the 3rd Home Environmental Equipment Prize of the Technology Promotion Awards presented by the society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan.
The society first established its Technology Promotion Awards in 1986 as a way of publicly recognizing, in particular, outstanding contributions related to the development in the air-conditioning / sanitary industries, and also to foster the growth of up-and-coming researchers and engineers.
The Home Environmental Equipment Prize awarded to the R-series was established in 2003. The society gave the R-series top marks for its ability to improve indoor air quality with its advanced humidifying, ventilation, air-purifying and other functions. Daikin Industries, Ltd. has become the first company from the home appliance industry to win this prestigious award.
